Obvs is a clinic that works through the AI assistant you already use. Here's how to begin, and what you can ask.

Four steps

1. Connect your assistantAdd Obvs with one address: https://obvs.health/mcp, then sign in with your Obvs account. How to connect
2. Say “Set me up with Obvs”Your assistant welcomes you and agrees a few house rules with you, your Care Charter: what it may do on its own and what it asks you first.
3. Approve your rulesObvs sends you a link (by text or email). Approve as they are, or change anything first. You can change them any time from My Obvs.
4. Build your health profileYour assistant offers to gather your medicines, allergies, conditions and results from your email, documents and photos, so your care team knows your history from day one. It looks only where you allow, shows you what it finds, and saves nothing without your OK. Once it reaches Obvs, your information is protected under HIPAA, like at your doctor's office.
