Obvs connects you with licensed clinicians through the AI assistant you already use. This notice says what we collect, why, and who sees it.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising.
If you give us your mobile number and agree, Obvs texts you about your care: approvals, visit reminders, and notices that a reply or result is ready. Texts contain a link, never health details. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
We do not share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the providers that deliver our messages.
We email you about your account, for example to confirm registration or approval. Emails never contain health details. Please don’t send health details to us by email; message us through your assistant or at obvs.health/p/me instead.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Clinicians sign in with a password and a second step. Access is logged.
A parent or guardian registers and acts for a child. Teens can be invited by their parent to message directly, as state law allows.
If we change this notice we’ll update the date above, and tell you if the change is significant. Questions: [email protected].
