By registering with Obvs or using it through your assistant, you agree to these terms and to our privacy notice.
Obvs lets you reach licensed clinicians through your AI assistant. Your assistant helps you describe what’s going on and follow your plan; clinicians make the medical decisions. Your assistant is not a clinician.
If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Obvs is not monitored around the clock.
A clinician decides whether care through Obvs is right for you and may send you to in-person care. Your Care Charter sets the rules your assistant follows; you can review and change it with your clinician.
Don’t misuse Obvs: no false identities, no attempts to get prescriptions you aren’t meant to have, no attacks on the service.
We tell you any cost before care starts. During the pilot, some services may be free.
We work to keep Obvs available and correct but can’t promise it will always be. To the extent the law allows, Obvs is not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under law.
We may update these terms; we’ll change the date above and tell you about significant changes. Questions: [email protected].
